First Time Shipping a Vehicle

After deciding to transport my vehicle, Ford F150, I went to the Internet and posted my vehicle, schedule, origin and destination. I received lots of calls with lots of promises. Rate structure was all over the place. Only Capitol Auto Transport recommended checking out the “Transportreviews.com” website. After following their instructions I was able to get the list down to two candidates who I felt would do a great job. One on the West coast and one on the East Coast, I chose the local one Capitol Auto Transport because I felt I could go see them if any real problems were to arise. After talking with Cat and others at the agency I decided these were the folks I would use. We discussed all of the intricacies in auto transport; they answered all of my questions and concerns. I commissioned them immediately. Within 24 hours they pretty much had me set up with an auto transport company, cost, date of pickup and delivery. All I needed to do then was confirm which I did. Cat and I kept in touch via the phone and e-mail. All in all a very professional, enjoyable, smooth and accurate process. On pickup and delivery day Cat kept in contact using the previously identified methods coordinating between the carrier, my self and my representative at the pickup point. The short story; a successful move with only a few bumps, to be expected when you do something for the first time. As I told Cat my only complaint is “They are too efficient” and that is a good thing. Without a doubt I will use them again and recommend to others, from my one experience, you will not go wrong using Capitol Auto Transport.
