I really enjoyed working with Dakota during this trip. He called or emailed me at every step of the process and was always available when I needed him. I have worked with other companies before in transporting my car across the country, and though they were nice and professional, Dakota and Capital Auto Transport took it up to the next level. I have already recommended this company to my friends, and though I don't plan to move across the country again, should I need to,I'll use Capital Auto Transport.
I was surprised that the cheapest quote also came with the best customer service.
My car was shipped in an open carrier, so dirt on the outside of the car is expected. Nothing that a regular car wash couldn't take care of. The carrier, Benjamin, was also very nice and professional as well.
