My primary contact since day one was andy. I called on saturday, & andy's company was one of few that answered calls that day. Andy confirmed the price with me, & it did not change in any circumstances. He has always replied to my calls or emails (email answered on a sunday, wow!). All communication was in writing & i was disclosed the carriers insurance information for my assurance.

My move was from california to texas.

My 4 vehicles was picked within a 2 day window, on the 2nd day it was picked. It was delivered within the promised time span. One of the vehicle did get damaged, not andy's fault at all. The carrier compensated me for the damage.

Unlike other companies that charge a deposit upfront, capitol auto ONLY charged when the vehicles were picked, not before that. I will definitely use the service of this company again as they are honest & best of all my vehicle was delivered after 2 failed attempts by other carriers.
