We have never had a vehicle transported anywhere. We have struggled for two months to find someone who would transport my son's car to him in North Dakota. One company promised my son they would pick up the car on a certain date. They didn't. He then tried another company. It was a failure also. We then looked at reviews on the internet on a website for transporters. We talked with several companies in which they told us, "noone wants to take that route." Finally I spoke with Capitol One Transport. Before they took any action, I told them the situation we had run into. Cat said, "let me see if I can find a driver to transport your car and I will call you back.' She called me back with a driver and a day in which he would pick up the car. The car was picked up on the date she had said and was delivered before the date. We were given the phone number of the driver and a copy of his insurance information. We were able to talk with the company and the driver. I would recommend any one use this company.
