This was our first time transporting a car. I submitted the request on line and received somewhere between 10 and 15 replies. We chose Capital, which was not the lowest bid, because of the customer-centered approach they used right from the start. Our representative, Mike Dakota, was knowledgeable, professional, detailed in his description of how the process worked and he was attentive.

We had to leave two days ahead of the pick-up date and the address where our car was going to be waiting had to be changed the day before the driver was scheduled to arrive. There were no problems. The truck arrived on time and nine days later, our car arrived in Yakima. The driver had mechanical problems with his rig, so the delivery was one day late, but even there, Mike Dakota kept me informed.

The car arrived just as I left it. The driver was professional and courteous. I would recommend Capital Auto Transport without reservation. If we have to move back across the country, and I hope we don't, we will definitely use them again.
