Capitol took on transporting a vintage wooden boat, which many transport brokers won't touch. Andy was phenomenal - even coordinating the UPS shipment of a $20.00 gas tank the transporter took off the boat and didn't ship. I was amazed by the amount of service by Andy for Capitol's modest fee. He is a genuine joy to work with. -Pleased in Portland.
