I was impressed from the beginning with Janet Bruce and the Capitol Auto Transport Company. I had surfed the web for prices and she was the one who called me first and e-mailed me information about do's and don't's of this business. When I was finally ready to get my car to me, Janet was with me the entire process. My driver picked up my car on the day he was supposed to and called me 4 days later, saying he would be at my location in about 2 hours. When he pulled up, he drove my car off and I inspected it all around and there was not a scratch on it. He was friendly, courteous and business-like. I could not be happier with the whole process!
