I was happy with the customer service I received. The only issue I had was that the carrier did not contact us in advance of when they arrived. We got a call after they already had gotten here and so we did not have a good timeframe to be available to pick up the car. Overall we were happy with the service and we will use this service again to transport our other vehicle from California to Georgia.
