I had never used a transport company and didn't know what to expect. I put out for quote and received 11 quotes, including Capitol. When I visited Capitol's website, it warned me of everything that I had experienced from the other transport companies that I contacted. They wanted me to sign a contract and couldn't wait to get my credit card. Dakota explained every step of the process and was always available to take my questions. When Dakota found a carrier, my brother, who was shipping me the motorcycle, could not be available on the day the driver wanted to pick up. Dakota found another carrier that could match my brother's schedule and promised delivery in 1 to 2 days. When the carrier said they could deliver on Monday, Cat spoke to the carrier and reminded them that the agreement had been for 1 to 2 days and that I could not be available for delivery on Monday. The carrier picked up exactly on time and delivered on time (Sunday) to fit my schedule. Even afterwards, Dakota took the time to contact me to ensure that everything was in order. Thanks to everyone at Capitol for making this experience as stress free as it could be.
