Dakota at Capitol Auto Transport arranged enclosed hauling via Pinnacle - I would use both again. Based on all the online research I had done (looking at this site, looking at various car forums and discussion boards, looking at company websites) I was concerned about hiring a car hauler. And, based on all that I had read I was concerned about using a broker. Capitol's website gave me a bit of comfort because it seemed to acknowledge all that I was concerned about, while indicating it was different. Capitol Auto Transport is different - in a positive way. Dakota called me, send me emails, talked me through the process, posted some of my particular requirements to the board (e.g. tire tie down, enclosed), and the price was reasonable: not the cheapest, not the most expensive. I agreed to use Capitol, and within a couple of days I got a call that a hauler was available within the hour! The next day... I had my car. Pinnacle was the selected hauler, the truck was new, the carrier was in great shape and clean, and they were on time. Dakota also then called after and checked on everything. All around a positive experience. I recommend Capitol highly, and would use them again in a heartbeat.
