All I can say is.... thank-you CAT for making the transport process so simple and I should add, easy. Unlike all the other quotes that I received (a total of 4), CAT didn't ask for any form of deposit $$ until the car was actually picked up. Regardless of how professional a broker is, there is always that underlying anxiety from the moment you hand your car off to a carrier until you receive it. But I was very pleased to receive my car from TransAuto Logistics (the carrier) in the exact condition it left the east coast.

Now, TransAuto did deliver my car a little late. Specifically, I had to go three days without a car and that was because it was really shipped 7 days before my arrival date, and ended up arriving by TransAuto's headquarters in southern CA within 6 days and they just couldn't get it to me until three days after my arrival. But public transit system in the bay area is pretty decent, so I wasn't in much of a loss there. The most important thing was the car did not have a single added damage to it other than the minor scratches that were already there when it was shipped. For the future cross-country moves, I'll just have to make sure to ship the car may be approximately 5 days before leaving the west coast.

Overall, very satisfied with CAT and would definitely go with them in all my future moves!
