Don't use them to ship your car to Hawaii - it IS is a scam and a huge waste of time

You search C&P Auto Transport Express LLC and you read the scam cases and think this might not be true, can trust them. I found them to absolutely fraudulent - at least for shipping my car to Hawaii. Their employee, Allen Jones, is a sweet talker and a con man. He convinced me he had a better deal with port authorities and asked me to send money via Zelle to make a port shipping reservation with Pasha. Before doing so I called the owner, Alex Garcia, to confirm if the legitimacy of their business and was assured everything was proper and legal. After waiting for a month, I got no confirmation of my port shipping reservation. I had to call Pasha, confirm dates and charges and chase Allen to make a reservation. He sent me a reservation number eventually but upon calling Pasha to confirm if the reservation had been placed successfully I found out that the reservation had been cancelled because of non-payment. It was a scam. On requesting a refund, Allen Jones gave me the run around and kept promising he would send the money back soon. I had to file a claim to finally receive my refund. I spent over 2 months with them trying to finalize shipment for my car to Hawaii, personally did all the legwork, dealt with the stress of getting my refund from them. It was a complete waste of time. Do no trust Allen Jones. Online reviews keep saying he was fired but might be family run business - he keeps getting hired again. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Spend an additional $100/200 somewhere else. Definitely, not worth the headache.

To start with this client was all over the place, booked with multiple companies at the same time and we tried to help him the best way we could, wanted to get a cheap price but unfortunately, pasha couldn't help us so we returned back his money if this company would have to scam him we would have kept his money but we didn't everything was given back to him and just like he says he had to pay more to get the job done, that's what cheap people gets.
