Jason Hill was not helpful or communicative, I sign the contract for one price and they gave the driver a contract with a different price, when the driver didn’t show I couldn’t get in contact with him. I text email everything. Finally when I got a response he told me the driver was having issues with his axel he got another driver for next day pick up in the am. Driver doesn’t show until 2 days after. (Yet I would be charged for being late)Then at drop off the driver tired charging us an extra $100 saying they gave him a contract for more ( my signature not on it) we had the text email and contract signature included) all lining up with the price I was given and noted in the contract. I couldn’t get a hold of Jason for nothing, he actually forwarded my call several times. He did end up calling the house phone back but never called my cell phone back ( the only number I left a voicemail from) I will say Alex Garcia did find a resolution by taking the $50 loss ( driver accepted a$50 loss also) but that was after he gave every excuse, a lengthy back and fourth of me explaining i have a contract and there error is not my issue. further he insulted us to the driver called us cheap and difficult.. He also claimed he wasn’t at his computer or office but managed to send a new contract to the driver in the end. All In all they have a bad system, fail at communication and are shady.

Lady called us desperate to get her car shipped cross country because the other company that signed a contract with had charged her credit card without having a driver and they never got her one, that is when we came into the picture and got her a driver for the correct price in which it was explained to her before sending the driver over and she agrees mostly because the driver was doing the 7 days route in 3 days, now when the poor driver showed up to deliver the car this lady wanted to use the old contract. I honestly think that is lame from the lady part knowing that this poor guy drove day and night over 2500 miles just to deliver the car, from my point of view I would have gave him the extra $100 more and a tip but no instead we had to take a lost of $100.
