The pick up went great but when it came time for them to deliver my vehicle they couldnt remember the day i requested. They had me change the day of pickup and gave me a 6 hour window of when my vehicle would be delivered by. The vehicle was not dropped off at my house i had to meet the driver at a parking lot in the middle of the night because he was late and didnt meet the window that the dispacher provided. When i requested a discount for the driver being an hour and 45min late I was told no but if I was late for pickup they would have charged me extra. I dont recommend this to anyone especially if youre military.
