Everything was done in a timely matter. There was a small delay picking up the vehicle on the date that they specified but the drivers had a perfectly good reason and everything went smooth. They came from NYC on September 11th. The drivers kept good contact and were pretty prompt with time frames when they called on their way to my location. Upon arrival, the vehicle was in good condition. I will definitely use them again if need be.
