As someone whom has never transported a car I did much researching. Many of the prices that were quoted to me were close to $1000.00. Shipping a 1994 Infinity from California to Illinois at that rate was not an option for me. I had many conversations with CX Tranport and at first was hesitant about the quote given to me. $550.00 for the budget rate. I pondered it and than agreed that this price was in the ball park I was looking for. Several days passed by and I received a call saying that I would have to upgrade in order to have a trucker pick up the car because of the high pricing wars going on. I once again was hesitant but after speaking with Bill Johnson once again he put my fears to rest explaining that truckers are not going to go out of their way to pick the car up to only pull in a few dollars for themselves. Upgrading the contract certainly got my car noticed and I was able to get it picked up the following day. Bill was more than happy to speak with me almost anytime of the day and I felt was always more than honest with me. As my car got nearer to the destination I was updated on the approximity of arrival. I was told the car would be here on Tuesday, and that it was. There was no damage to the vechile, although alittle dirty which is expected after 2007 miles, I was very pleased with the driver, the service and how this experience went. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is a first timer at transporting their car, and anyone that has done it several times. So next time I decide to move back to California and transport my car, CX Transport will be my choice of carrier.
