They are scammers & I hope this is a lesson for someone else

I booked them on June 22, 2022, I first spoke to Allen Jones, then Alex G. and had to call them on 3 different occasions to make sure that both the shipping and receiving addresses were completely correct after they sent me a contract 2 TIMES WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS. When the driver came to pick up the car they gave him all the WRONG information about the car from the size to the name! The head dispatcher Alex G. called me on the day of drop-off claiming I TOLD THEM THE WRONG ADDRESS and the driver was over an hr away from the drop-off point and would not move my vehicle anymore unless I come get the vehicle or pay an additional $200 for him to bring it to me.. I had just moved to Florida and know nothing outside of the city I was moving to. Alex G. then told me it was my fault and we argued for about 10 minutes and he told me to prove to him I gave him the correct address! I screenshot my contract and he still tried to blame me. After he was the main contact for the whole experience. After hanging up another man calls and says oh, we're sorry but Allen has been "fired" and we're just trying to fix his mistakes. Like what?! I tell them to just bring me my car and upon arrival less than an hr later( so the driver was probably close when they decided to scam me) my car was dead and NOW has mechanical problems on a car that was serviced right before I put it on their truck! Never will I ever use them again and if anyone goes looking for reputable car transport STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM C&P AUTO TRANSPORT NO MATTER WHAT THEY TRY AND TELL YOU! I have emailed them telling them I would like to speak with them about the issues of my car and no one will answer my calls or emails.
