After a frustrating first attempt to move my newly purchased classic from Arizona to Washington State using a brokerage firm in Florida, I engaged another brokerage company to find transportation. Within 5 days of signing with the new brokerage firm I was contacted and told that CNS Transport was going to take the contract to pick up my 56. Needless to say I was elated, especially after talking to Sonja at CNS. Sonja listened to my story, reassured me everything would be fine and that Carl, owner/operator of CNS, would be in touch shortly. Carl was not able to pick up my car on the day the previous owners were in town and available so he made alternate arrangements with a towing and storage facility. Carl picked up my car at the storage facility 2 days later and she was on her way. The car left Tucson on Saturday and was in Blaine, Washington at 2pm Wednesday. Sonja and Carl were both available by telephone/cell and kept us informed every step of the way, especially for the arranged pick up time. Carl understood our time constraints for crossing the border into Canada and got my husband on his way as quickly as possible. Carl was professional , friendly and very knowledgeable about cars. Sonja called me Thurdsay to make sure my husband got home safe and sound with with my girl-I couldn't begin thank her enough for her and Carl's assistance. Would we use the company again?-yes-will we tell our friends?- a big yes. If there is a next time to ship a car, we will contact CNS Transport directly. I hope this review helps others to decide if they want use this company for their shiiping requirments .
