Totally disappointing. My car was delivered okay but, to name a few, my GPS, along with car charger and GPS mount, and EZ-Pass tag were stolen. To make matters worse, during the transit period someone illegally used my Ez-pass. Those unauthorized transactions started right after my car was picked up and by the time of delivery it ended up with almost $120 of toll. The total loss is more than $300, but they don't seem to care much. I see that these things happened before to other customers as well. Do not leave any valuable items when you have your car shipped. I wish I'd checked other reviews earlier. Absolutely unprofessional and I certainly DO NOT recommend.
