The vehicle suffered additional damage to the under-carriage, especially to the suspension, frame, tire, struts, and shocks. I did expect further damage to the car, nobody cares about another person's car as the owner does. I am not upset at all. Customer service, especially Mr. Rodger was excellent, kept me re-assured about the car on the road.
