Contracted with this carrier to transport my pick up truck from Syracuse NY to Tennessee. their communication with their customers is terrible- Especially after their "professional" hauler damaged my vehicle, ran over a bank of mailboxes at my housing complex, failed to follow my instructions as to delivery point, and never gave me a copy of the bill of lading even though I asked for a copy. It has been nearly a month since my damaged truck was delivered and I have not received any satisfaction from CF Transport or it's associates. The total damages to my vehicle and property are around $1000.00, and all I get are promises that Rodger will call me back or that he's working on my claim etc. etc. My advice to anyone considering this carrier would be to find another- even at a greater cost!!!!!

This vehicle was damaged by the carrier. CF Transport Svc is a transportation broker. Randy agreed to except the vehicle early morning and did not do a thorough inspection of his car. Once he signed the bill of laden this released the carrier of all liability. We ask all customers to allow 5 to 10 minutes to do a walk around with the carrier and check for problems. Once it is documented, a claim for damages can be filed.
