First off, pushed to pick up early, was not a convince to me, after all day getting vehicles prepped for shipment, I find out (by the driver) that I have to pay him $500 cash now? first I hear of it, so I pay him then CD Auto tells me that I have to call and pay Matson? ( I thought CD Auto would do this), so I call them only to find out that not only is the ship that we thought the cars would be going on was a household goods NOT a vehicle ship that one does not go out for another week, so now my vehicles were supposed to be in Hawaii when I get there will not show up for 2 weeks AFTER I get there! Then Matson asks how tall my truck is (CD Autotransport NEVER ASKED ABOUT THIS!) and I find out that my truck that is loaded on a semi and god knows were is going to cost $900 MORE than the $800 I was quoted so more than double for 3 inches!! So I had to call trucker, pay him to pull my truck, and now I am with out my car for a month or more. All cd auto did was give me there discount with matson, (of which the difference was paid to CD Auto) did NO PLANING and just hired a local trucker, I could have hired the local trucker, paid Matson the full price and been out the same amount. NEVER USE THEM!!!
