This car carrier does not hold times/promptness. They said their truck broke down. It's only a couple hours away yet they would not arranged to get the car to me. Instead, they made up waited another 2 weeks. They promised door-to-door but they dropped my car 20 minutes away. They picked a convenience stop for themselve. I only needed to pay $795 at the pickup, but they made me paid $800 even with 2 weeks delay with no compensation. They didn't cared that I was starting my job and I have no transporting. My car also arrived dirty inside. I would not recommend this carrier.
