NEVER AGAIN!

I never write reviews - call me lazy - however my experience with CAA transport has forced me to. I would NEVER use this company again for any reason even if I wanted to lose my car (and believe me I'm sure they'd screw that up too). Customer service was abysmal in fact that's a slight on abysmal - customer service is not existent at CAA. They think they are doing 'YOU" a favor - did I hear that before (see below) - while they're holding your car hostage . There was absolutely NO follow up if delays occur and if you think you're getting your vehicle when they say - DONT PLAN ON IT! 1. They picked up the vehicle 2 days later than agreed - this was extremely inconvenient as I don't live where my car is - duh! - that's why I was moving it - so I had to get someone else to get it to them. 2. when I was supposed to receive delivery of the vehicle the following Sunday 23 Dec - XMAS (the following Tuesday) - was given as a reason why I MIGHT not get my car - Sunday came, and went, and no follow up from CAA. 3. OK, so I give them a break, it's the giving season after all - but then Wednesday came, No word, no car. After losing my temper with the fool on the phone, I was GUARANTEED to get my car on Friday however I'd need to wait between 6pm and 9pm - REALLY?. 4. Friday morning comes and I get the "My Dog Ate the truck story" - SERIOUSLY? The truck supposedly broke down the morning they were to deliver. I finally got my car back from CAA on Sunday. So to net it out - if you want your car shipped across country AVOID CAA - ask who is shipping your vehicle - if it's these guys, My recommendation - Drive yourself! - you'll have the car when you want it.
