CAA Transport is dishonest and disorganized

When I was initially contacted about having my car picked up, I was told I would need to bring it to a parking lot 15 minutes away, because the truck was too big to take down my street or even down the larger cross street. I know this was not true, because my sister's car had been shipped a few months prior on the same sized truck, and they had not problem picking it up from the cross street.

When I arrived at the parking lot, I discovered that the driver had picked this location for all his customers simply to make the process easier on him, while forcing the paying customers to drive well out of their way.

My car was supposed to be delivered 8 days later on September 1st. Instead, it was not ready until the 5th, and I was forced to make numerous inquiries, none of which were answered satisfactorily. The night before the revised delivery, I contacted CAA to ask about timing. I was told my car would be delivered between 4pm and 6pm. The following day I was woken up early in the morning by the driver, who told me he would instead be delivering between 12 and 1230pm. I therefore went ahead and canceled my lunch plans as well as other engagements that might interfere. At 1pm, still not car. I called the driver and he told me that he was still in San Francisco but should be there within 40 minutes. I'm still waiting to see if that will hold, but I remain highly skeptical considering he still needed to give another customer his keys and San Francisco is more than a 40 minute drive from my location. All in all, I found this company to be completely incompetent, unhelpful, dishonest, and far from punctual.
