I dropped off my car close to an airport since I was traveling the same day. Driver was there on time to meet me at agreed location. My car was brand new so I would have noticed any scratches or damage but there was none. The car was a little dusty but I don't think they are required to wash your car and it was shipped on an open truck from east coast to west coast so its commonn sense that its going to get a little dirty. I got my car about 3 days early than scheduled. I just just called the company and they had it waiting for me. Great customer service on both ends.

This review is a little late...Transport was around November of 2010 but I just remembered because my sister asked for a reference so she could ship her cars.
