Carla and BullsEye were great to work with. I read quite a few reviews on this site and selected them as they have their own carriers and the ones they broker to do not use terminals to hold cars. Carla worked dilligently to arrange for pickup while I was in town (I travel a lot) and was able to narrow the pickup window from the normal 7 days to just 3. BullsEye was not the least or the most expensive quote I received (I got 10 of them). They were about in the middle. It was mostly the reviews here on this site and how willing Carla was in working with our time constraints, that I selected BullsEye.

Carla arranged for another carrier to pickup the car. American Auto Transportation called on the first day of the pickup window and was able to get the car on the following day (about the best one for my schedule). He was very thorough in inspecting the car (which I video taped - something to think about in documenting the condition of your car when it is picked up). He brought a tow truck and said that he was taking the car to a local terminal for placement on a transporter (Carla said he had to do this to fit the car pickup within my 3-day window).

The only unexpected event in this move was our inability to track where the car was during transport. We did not hear from American Auto Transport for more than a week - even though we called them several times trying to see where the car was. We then called Carla and that day she was able to find out where the car was and we got our call back from American Auto Transportation. The delivery was later than expected and I am not sure why the delay, but the car did arrive safe, undamnaged - though very dirty (which was expected).

This would have been 5=Excellent if it were not for the delay. I highly recommend BullsEye Transportation.
