carla was especially helpful in answering all my questions on the phone. she did not heckle me or make me think she was trying especially hard to get my business other than being honest about the service she would provide.
she got a transport carrier very quickly, and they moved quickly as well. we had the car on the truck remarkably quick (he needed one more car from the west coast)- and she was helpful with providing information during that series of interchanges.
the carrier itself was later than expected by a day- and it was a little frustrating to get to where the truck could stop, but in all, it was a great experience. we're glad to have worked with carla and the carrier she chose for our car.
