Yes, Carla should be some gr8 human, I dont know how she manages this, talks decently to everyone and does everything to ensure that you get the best service. We had worst experience from another company ultimate logistics which took our 200$ and did not pick up the car for a month. Then we knew we had to find another carrier. Though the complate autosales (carrier sought by bullseye company) took 2 weeks to schedule the pickup and deliver our car from TX to CA, Carla was helping us throughout and made us feel secure. Would take help from Bullseye again. But beware about this another company Ultimate Logistics full of cheats
