We would definitely use this company again. Due to extremely poor customer service by a company we had contracted to transport two cars, we decided to use Bullseye since they had such great reviews. I called Carla on a Friday morning for a pickup within 5 days, had a reasonable quote within a few hours, and by that afternoon, had a scheduled pickup day. Carla promptly emailed me when needed and actually picked up the telephone before the third ring every time I called.
The best part was that I was given the driver's personal phone number. Even though pickup and delivery were delayed, it was actually a much easier process since I was able to communicate with the driver almost any time I wanted. He was very understanding, pleasant and patient as we are high maintenance customers.
Thank you for such reassuring service, which is often a much better quality than going with a company that may have given a cheaper price!
