The only way the experience could have been better would be if they had shipped the car for free.

We faxed the paper work on a Friday, Monday night they picked up the car from WA. We were able to contact the driver throughout the time that they had the car. They delivered the car to us in New Orleans, LA on Sunday morning.

We received A++++++ service and I would recommend this company.

I am glad I found the following site that rated the transport companies as we were about to use another company that had a poor rating. http://auto-deliver.com/directory/
