We transported our Mercedes across the country. When the vehicle arrived the right front headlight was shattered. We took pictures and the driver said: "I'll take care of it, I'm happy to submit your claim." We did not realize WE needed to submit the claim. Ultimately, Bulldog Trucking claimed it was due to flying debris therefore, they are not responsible. Took numerous phone calls and messages left only to be told they would not pay. Wasted my valuable time trying to get an answer and ended up paying $180 for a new headlight.
