Carrier damaged vehicle. All properly documented

When the car was delivered there was obvoius damage to the front spoiler. The truck driver agreed and we both documented that the damage was there, and that it was caused during transit. I called customer service and talked to Ashley. She told me they needed me to email them the condition form from both pickup and delivery. She also required two separate quotes from different auto shops. I sent all the requested documents. Called the next day, they verified they received it but said it will take a week or so to process the claim. I called a week later, still nothing. I re-emailed the claim, still no response. The vehicle was shipped to go into storage, due to me being active duty military. I'm now deployed overseas for a year with no way to contact Bulldog Trucking other than email. And they will not respond to the emails. $300 in damage caused by them and they ignore the claim.
