First time using Bulldog

First I would like to say that our vehicle did arrive safe and damage free which is always a relief. It arrived in the amount of time that we were told. Pick up the driver was late we were told between 3-6 and I think it was around 7:30 when they picked up, but the trucker did call and let us know. The delivery was on time. We had no problem with the drivers and they were great. The reason I give this an average rating is, because the dispatch was very rude I felt every time I talked to them. The first time the women named April couldn’t find our location on google maps when trying to talk to her about this I could tell she was frustrated and our call ended with her telling me she “had about 10 other things going on so she would have to deal with this later”. I found this statement very rude, because I had more question for her. I didn’t hear from her again. After that I had another woman named Judy call me and tell me she didn’t see how she was going to get the vehicle to the delivery house because there were trees. This became very frustrating to me, because making sure the vehicle would be delivered on time and to the delivery address were all questions I had asked prior to allowing them to put my vehicle on their truck. I was advised from her that Cavalier that I had booked through was “just the broker”. I understand they are the broker, but since bulldog books with them I think that they need to enhance their communication and the costumer should not be the one dealing with issues after their vehicle is on their truck. I was also told it would be the same driver, which it wasn’t,but that’s not a big deal. All and all the drivers were great and had no issues picking the vehicle up and dropping it off at the places that were supposed to happen at. Although the vehicle arrived safely I wouldn’t use this company again, because of the two women I had to deal with in dispatch. And this is very sad, because my husband’s job requires us to move about very 1-2 years and I would have become a loyal costumer.
