I call to have vehicle picked up, which was told would pick up on Tuesday April 7th then pick up person called on Monday April 6th, hour before he was to be here saying could get that day. Which was fine figured was picked up early so would get to CA early or on time. Which was told would be there in 7 days and took 17 days and did not know where my vehicle was during that time. Could not get anyone to call me and let me know why it was taking so long to get to CA. When finally got to CA to my son, he was told by the driver he would be there by 7pm did not get there til 10pm April 17th. When the vehicle was picked up in New York it was put on a 9 vehicle trailer and I was told it would not leave off that trailer till it got to my son in CA. When got to CA it was on a two vehicle trailer. When my son asked about it was not given any answers. There were scratches on the vehicle and the window guards were off the front windows and the dodge cap was off the back tire from the hubcap, and to this day still have not been paid for the damages. All I asked for was $100.00 to get new window guards . Alen's Trucking is who Browns Transport used and all they would do for me was give me Alen's Trucking insurance information and said I should take up the damages with them. I fill I contracted with Brown's Transport and they should pay me and go after Alen's Trucking but I keep getting the run around. Would never use them again or tell anyone to ever use Browns Transport.

Hi Mary, My name is Jam'e and I am the owner of Browns Auto Transport. This is the first time I am hearing about this issue. And I am very shocked that this happend in April and is just now being brought to our attention. I also am very surprised that if you were unhappy with something that you never attempted to get in touch with me. Like I said, this is the first time I am hearing of this. So after going back and looking at your paperwork and speaking with the driver and Jeremell this is the information that I am getting. When your vehicle was loaded the driver told you as well as Browns Auto Transport that the delivery would take 7-10 days. That is an estimated time for arrival. Anything can take place between pickup and delivery and cause further delays. We cant in no way gaurantee a date for delivery. We do try our hardest to get it there as soon as possible. You did however state in your response that it took 17 days to deliver and then 12 days in the question section. 12 days is the correct one. As far as you calling and said you could not get anyone to contact you back. All calls go through me and I never received any messages or phone calls from you. Like I said, this is the first time hearing of any complaint from you. As far as your vehicle being delivered on a smaller truck, if you live in a remote area we sometimes have to do that to be abe to get in the delivery area. Now for the damages. Nothing was even noted by you on the bill of lading at the delivery point. Nothing was ever said about scratches or a hub cap. The only thing that was even mentioned were the wind guards. Those were inside of the vehicle and you knew that. The driver had to take them off to prevent damage. So as far as damage goes, there is no way to file a claim on something that was signed off by you as okay. Also this is now 2 months later. I am very sorry you were unhappy. I wished we had the chance 2 months ago to make it right.
