Low Ball Bid

I was not happy that the final price was 23% ($75) higher than the bid and we were notified of the increase after two days into the process. It did take a day to two days longer than originally estimated. Communication with Jeremell was the main positive of the experience and the car was picked up fairly quickly although one to two days longer than originally estimated.

The increase in the quote was due to a driver calling that wanted to take the load but was asking more money. We then called the customer and explained to him that there was a driver interested but was aking more money. Did he want to take that or go ahead and wait, he decided that he wanted to go ahead and have it loaded with that driver for more money. The increase was not our fault, he was the one to make that decision. As for the transport taking 2 days longer than expected... the vehicle was picked up on the 2nd day from the time the order was placed so I dont know how we were 2 days late. Glad to hear that speaking with Jeremell was a positive experience.
