There were a couple of challenges during transport. The actual trucking company Big Dog Trucking which is different from the Broker - Browns Auto - experienced a paper flow glitch however this was resolved promptly and a mechanical problem - when you are transporting over 3000 miles things can happen. We were pleased with Brown AND Big Dog Trucking for their responsiveness and communication.
