I picked Browns after recieving many, many quotes for (2) cars to go cross country. One from CA to MA, and then turn it right around from MA to CA. Their pricing was middle of the road, but I read good reviews on this site, so I went with them. I am a 1st time user of auto transport, so I did not know what to expect. The scheduling was originally quick, ordered 1/4/08, pick up 1/10/08, but the driver was a no show. I had to call Brown's to find out what had happened. They did not call me. I asked for follow up calls on when it would picked up. All I got was they were trying, but no one was picking up this trip. I cannot say she was lying because I do not know, how would I know!! Anyway, a couple of calls to other companies and arranged a pick up. The car is being delivered 1/30. Right now it is in route in PA. When they get here they will be loading the other vehicle to go back to Calif. It cost a little more, but I guess you always get what you paid for. Luckily there was no real rush to have these vehicles transported. I cannot recommend Brown's based on my one experience. I wish I recieved the service that I read about.
