THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I will direct everyone I know to your company, you guys have gone the distance on getting my car transported!!. I made a request to have my Saab 95 Aero transported to Durango Co. Unfortunately, we could not locate a driver who wanted to travel through the mountains. I called Nationwide Transport and spoke with a rep name John. John PROMISED me they not only could he locate a driver willing to transport my car to Durango Colorado, he assured me my car would be picked up on Saturday or no later than Monday 11/12/07. I called John NUMEROUS times to get a confirmation. John WOULDN'T return my phone calls!!!!!! Finally, I called Nationwide and told them to cancel my order! I was highly upset with the lack of customer service and integrity.

I was running out of time. I called Browns Auto Transport and again spoke with Jamie. I shared with her my experience with Nationwide and asked if she could secure a driver to Albuquerque NM. Within 10 minutes Jamie called me to say my car would be picked up in Chicago Wednesday!!! She too told me Browns would GIVE UP their commission an apply it to my order!!!!! WOW, I have NEVER hear of a company who was more concerned with satisfying a customer then earning a commission! Wednesday, the driver Billie (Ironhorse) picked up my car. I received a call from Billie on Friday 11/16/07 saying my car was in Albuquerque!!!! Not only was my car delivered on time, the Billie's dispatcher Fran offered to keep my car at her home until I could picked it up on Sat!!!! Now that is GREAT customer service!!!

BROWN's AUTO TRANSPORT is the BEST. Not only did they go the distance, they operated with the highest integrity! Both Jam'e and Tara contacted me numerous times to insure everything was on schedule. Great customer service!
