I used this company to ship 2 cars across country and they both arrived with huge deep long scratches. The driver that delivered the cars, acknowledged the damage and took photos and sent them to the company and assured me they would take care of it. I emailed the photos to the company and requested they file an insurance claim but they emailed me back that I should take my cars to have them detailed myself. Be careful using this company as they are not ethical.
