If I can give negative stars- I would HORRIBLE!! SCAMERS!!!!

This has been the absolutely worst experience in my entire life. I had booked for my car to be transferred from Maryland to Florida on October 6th for October 19th (2 full weeks notice). I spoke to Scott Howard. He was very attentive and followed up with every question I had. He promised me by October 15th that he would contact me and let me know of the time my car was going to be picked up. October 15th came along, crickets. I called him & was only able to reach his voicemail. On October 17th, after several attempts to reach out to Scott he finally answered my call ( I called/texted/email). He promised me by the end of the day he would give my a pick up time. Once again, he lied. I called and texted several times several times towards the end of the day and after several attempts to reach out to him again he promised m by the 18th 1st thing in the morning he would have a pick up time. October 18th I called him at 10am. To no surprised, he once again lied. I freaked out, at this time my car is scheduled to be picked up for delivery for the very next day. He told me by the end of the day he would have a pick up date. He is telling me this to get me off the phone. I told him this is unacceptable, that I was promised 2 weeks ago that I would have a pick up time as of the 15th. He promised that he would work on it and call me back. Since Scott miselad me sooo many time, I told him that I would call him back in an hour. Almost an hour later, he texted me saying his boss will call me. I spoke to his boss, Andy Williams, and he told me that I would have to pay OVER DOUBLE than what my contract said. I told him absolutely not, that that was not agreed. He said to allow him to see what he can do and that he would call me back in 10 minutes. Andy did not call back in 10 minutes as promised. I texted him 45 minutes later (giving him the benefit of the doubt that he was working on it)... Crickets. I texted Scott to let him know as well, crickets. I then started calling both Andy Williams & Scott Howard several times. Both ignored me. Then I called Andy Williams from my office phone& to no surprised he answered! I demanded a refund and for my contract to be null since Brookwide breached the contract. Andy Williams said he would do it but it took him several minutes to send me a receipt of the refund. I have yet to see my refund come through. This experience is sooo bad, I am going to seek legal help. This is completlely unacceptable. Please feel free to contact me so I may send you screenshots of the text exchange between myself, Andy Williams & Scott Howard. All the other reviews are scams. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! RUN RUN RUN!
