THEY ARE MEAN & HAVE NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ESPECIALLY THE ONE WHO CALLS HIMSELF BRUCE. We (my daughter & I) were quoted a price of $650.I asked would this be the set price. I was told yes. Nothing was stated about inside or outside delivery. Then on the day before delivery they call us with a price of $1000. I told them we could not afford the new price and what we had agreed upon. Bruce tried to bully me into this new price. When I would not agree, he called my daughter & got her to agree even though I was the one he was to deal with. When I called back & talked to a manager about the situation, I was told we would receive a refund of our deposit of $150. Later the same day another company called about picking up the car. I thought it was one of the many companies I had gotten a quote from & agreed to them delivering the car for $750. Today I called Broadway Auto transport about the refund that we were promised & find out that the company that picked up our car was sent by them without our knowledge of this company working with/for them. My daughter had to borrow the money to have the full payment to pay for this. She was going to pay it back after she got her refund. So, we are now out of $150 that we spent because this company lied to us!!
