I needed to ship a car from California to Georgia. First, Brightstar gave me a great price; not the lowest, but among the lowest I found. The car was originally scheduled to be picked up on Monday, but since the person at the departure site was not available on Monday, I asked my Brightstar icontact, Anna, on Friday evening if it was possible to pick the car up on Sunday. Anna worked all of this out on her off day, and the car was picked up Sunday afternoon. Finally, the car was delivered the following Friday, a full day ahead of schedule. All in all, this was a great experience. I highly recommend Birghtstar and Anna.
