After getting sent quote after quote from auto shipping companies I went with Brightstar because of the low price. After calling and asking some questions I was told to go online and place the order. Really? They're that lazy that they cant be bothered to place the order for you on the phone? After doing that I was told I would receive a call. Never did. After calling them I was told to wait for a contract in me email. Never got that either. Then this morning they call the seller of the vehicle (who has nothing to do with shipping it) to say they have a truck in the area. She tells them to call me. They do. I'm told that there is a truck in the area and that the car can be picked up within 3 hours but it will be more than the quoted price. He says the driver wants more than the quote because the vehicle is large. Yeah it's large. It's a 1970 Cadillac. I told them that when I placed the order. I agree to pay almost $100 over the quoted price to have the car here a.s.a.p. I then call the seller and ask if it is okay that the car is picked up today. I am told they have plans but will cancel so the car can be picked up. 5 hours later the car is still there. Brightstar calls the seller AGAIN. Due to the man on the phones thick arabic accent the seller cannot understand him and tell him to call me, WHICH HE NEVER DOES!. So all this time I think the car is on a truck. After calling the seller to see if everything went smooth I am told the car was never picked up. I then call Brightstar and am told the driver decided not to pick the car up because it was TOO BIG. Once again, 1970 Cadillac. Yeah, it's big. He then tells me he has to find a new driver in the morning. He was quickly told that I was going with a different company and to lose my information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO GET YOUR CAR PICKED UP.
