I booked with Joe because he was very professional and seemed pretty genuine over the phone. I went through the motions with making sure my car was ready, making the reservation with him and working with the driver with having a window for pickup. The driver didn't do such a great job letting me know his ETA, but as soon as I called joe to see what I should expect, Joe got him to call me soon there after and got me up to speed with the driver.

Took the driver 9 days to get my car from West palm beach to Seattle. These guys definitely under promised and over delivered.
