I had my car shipped from Washington to Texas. Border to Border auto transport were the contracted carrier. The driver Vadim called me Friday evening and told me he was coming to pickup my car the next morning. He gave me another call again Saturday morning and said that he was on his way and to expect him within the next hour. He showed up on time, was polite, picked up my car and off he went. I was already in Texas on Monday. The dispatch contacted me on Tuesday and told me to expect my car the following day. The next day Vadim called me again in the morning and said he was to deliver my car in the afternoon. He contacted me again in the afternoon and said that he was on his way and to expect him within the next hour. I received my car, signed off on the paperwork. He thanked me and left. I appreciate all the communication and drivers professional manner. I am pleased with their service and would use Border to Border auto transport again.
