Awesome Experience for a great price

I was so incredibly nervous about transporting my car because of all of the stories I heard and amount of spam I received from transport companies when trying to get quotes. I found BookEZ on Facebook and decided to give them a shot after reading actual people's reviews. First I booked my request online and paid with my card. Jeff was really helpful and the quote was way better than other companies I found. He did a lot to coordinate my car's trip and he did not overwhelm me with annoying mansplaining or pushiness like other companies. I can't stand mansplaining most of all. He did everything to connect me with a transporter and that transporter did everything based on my convenience. I actually met the transporter in a Lowe's parking lot because I live on a busy street and he drove a semi. It was a really rainy morning and I was stressed about having to get out of my car in the rain and Uber home before going into work. The driver actually offered to go back to my home street and drop me off in my car. There the driver took photos of my car, signed some forms, and paid the driver in cash. The whole drive to my place was not awkward, he was polite, professional, and really nice. Of course this depends on the individual's comfort level - I'm sure the transporter would have been okay with me Ubering home on my own but it was raining and I had a lot to do for my move plus go to work. After that the transporter took my car back to the semi and loaded my car as usual in the Lowe's parking lot. I definitely recommend BookEZ for those looking for an actual decent transport experience/company.
