I DO'NT RECOMMEND TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY A BUSINESS,

THOSE COMPANY HOW CHARGING A FEE BEFORE THEY CLOSE FEE WITH A DRIVER FOR TRANSPORTATION !!!

THIS COMPANY NOT HONEST AT ALL AND HIDE ALL THE IMPORTANT INFO TO THE CLIENT, THEY TAKING THERE FEE OF 100 OR 150 $ AFTER COUPLE DAYS THE CALLING TO YOU AND SAYING THE PRICE CHANGE!!!

I GOT QUOTE OF 250$ FROM PA TO NY AFTER DAY IT BECAME 450$ I TRY TO CANCEL BUT I CAN'T..

NO REFUNDS!!!!

IT VERY TRICKY BUSINESS!!! BE CAREFUL !!! READ THE AGREEMENT !!!

THOSE COMPANIES HOW WANT YOU TO PAY MONEY IN FRONT DON'T PAY BEFORE THEY WILL FIND A DRIVER FOR YOU.

DON'T DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!!!

To Gil: First, the pricing increase that the driver wanted (which is completely unrelated to our company at all) was a $50 increase. The thing that you did not understand was that our fee was the deposit of $100. The carrier pay was set at $150. A driver called in that wanted to move the car for you but he wanted $50 more for whatever reason so we called you with an option. In a report written by the supervisor you threatened him by saying you do not want to get nasty. That you know people and can make things hard for us and your company and you do not make you get nasty with us. It was also explained to you by a supervisor when you called in on a quote you received (09/28/13 1:42 pm) that the price was too low, and that it would be $300 or so to get the vehicle moved due to the location in NY and where the route took the driver for tolls. You said that this price was unfair and would not do business with our company. You called back in (09/30/13 1:08 pm) and argued and tried to haggle with the broker who said they would post it at the price you want, but this is not a negotiation type of business. The drivers accept what they accept and this price will probably come up. I guess what you were trying to do was get the vehicle moved and save yourself an extra $50 or so by complaining and trying to get a supervisor to refund you after threatening them (a consumer tactic). You resorted to threatening the owner of a company with defamation and slander, possibly physical violence, because you did not want to accept the price that was given and explained to you. If any companies are out there reading this NEVER GIVE THIS GUY A QUOTE OR OFFER SERVICES. He will try to take whatever he can any way he can. Also, the quote went from $250 to $300 so he lied about the amount of increase by $150. After being contacted by the manager about the review and the discrepancy in pricing he lied about it (even though his entire file is documented on a third party website) and after he knew he was caught in a lie said okay give him back $100 and I will take it down.
