It was a great experience overall. I moved from Florida to Idaho (all the way across the country). I originally went with a different company who quoted me a ridiculously low price. My cars sat in Florida, for over a month after the scheduled pick up date. The other company then raised my rate to $2825, about $1000 more than they originally quoted me. They still never moved my cars so finally I fired them. I was leery about going with another company but they were great. They quoted me $2400, I didn't think they would get it done at that price after what I experienced with the other company but they did, and it only took about 2 days to get a mover lined up. I requested daily calls from the previous company and they never contacted me. I always had to contact them. With Boca Transport they called me everyday, one day to say they were looking, the next day to tell me they had a mover. They really were great. After having that terrible experience with the other company it was nice to go with someone who got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone. I don't usually fill out customer reviews but I feel I owe them for the great job they did for me.
