Never Again! Don't waste your time, go somewhere else

I bought a car in Miami and needed it shipped to Atlanta. Boca Transport sent me a quote for $400 for the delivery dates that I posted online. I spoke with Tavon and he mentioned since it was going to be a weekend delivery, it would actually be $450 instead of the $400 quote originally given. I was trying to get the car before my birthday so I agreed to the $450. Tavon, was pretty nice. He mentioned there would be a 93% chance I would receive the car before Sunday. I get a call from Scott on Saturday that the Sunday delivery wasn't going to happen. He told me it wouldn't be until Tuesday that I would actually get the car. I had already sold my car and was in a rental. I was a little frustrated with the delay. On Monday, I called Tavon to get the $50 back since it was no longer a weekend delivery. Long story short, Scott got involved and refused to give me the $50. He said I signed a contract, which is true. I did sign a $450 contract to receive the car over the weekend. He was very rude about the situation and argued with me that this wasn't his fault and I signed a contract. I wouldn't waste my time with these guys. There are plenty of other companies out there with better reviews that won't cause you frustration like these guys.

It was made clear to the customer that the driver requested the $450 due to the area in Georgia (Roswell, Not Atlanta) that the vehicle was being delivered. It had nothing to do with weekend vs weekday delivery. In regards to her comment about the contract...I explained to her that the agreement that she signed was not guaranteeing the pick-up and delivery dates and that there is no way for us, as a broker, to guarantee dates. It is based on the driver's availability. We did everything we could to get her vehicle delivered on her birthday, but the driver was not available at that particular time. I apologize for the inconvenience, but the driver's schedule did not coincide with the customer's expectations.
